Logistics Employee

What will you be doing?

In this logistics role as an expedition employee, you will work for an organization active in the meat sector. As an expedition employee, you will be responsible for the entire process in our warehouse, making every day different. In the morning, you start by unloading the delivered products. In the afternoon, you will mainly be preparing the incoming orders for shipment. As an expedition employee, your tasks will include:

• Picking and preparing orders for shipments;

• Unloading and storing goods using a forklift;

• Processing orders administratively;

• Loading trucks with the end product;

As a logistics employee, you will have a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Working days are Monday to Friday from 07:00 - 16:00.

What do we offer you?

As an expedition employee, you can expect the following from us:

• Full-time position of 40 hours per week (32 hours negotiable);

• Gross monthly salary between €3000 - €2700 based on 40 hours (depending on experience);

• Starting bonus of €125;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;

• 125% overtime pay (150% after 2 overtime hours per week)

• 10.82% holiday hours in money (€324.60 - €292.14 gross per month);

• 8.33% holiday allowance (€249.90 - €224.91 gross per month);

• 0.60% short-term leave (€18 - €16.20 gross per month);

What do we expect from you?

• You live in the Utrecht area;

• You have a driver's license B and your own transport;

• You have relevant work experience as an expedition employee (or motivation to learn the trade);

• You have a good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;

• You have good communication skills;

• You are punctual, accurate in your work, and take initiative.
