What will you be doing?

As a taxi driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting passengers throughout the Amsterdam area, driving brand-new electric cars. In this role, you’ll be working for a large international taxi company; we handle between 2 and 4 million rides worldwide every day. By joining us now, you’ll be eligible for plenty of extra bonuses! Rides come in through the dispatch center—you don’t have to worry about arranging as many rides as possible on your own! As a taxi driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Transporting passengers safely and efficiently through Amsterdam and the surrounding area;

• Accepting and completing rides via the app, from short city trips to airport transfers;

• Keep your vehicle clean and presentable for every shift;

• Make sure your car is charged on time before you hit the road;

• Maintain your customer rating—your performance bonus depends on it.

As a taxi driver, you’ll start either at 8:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.; you’ll work full days with us. However, as a taxi driver with us, you can decide for yourself how many hours per week you work: 8, 16, 24, 32, or 40 hours. The choice is entirely yours.

What do we offer?

As a taxi driver in Amsterdam, you can expect the following from us:

• A direct contract with our client;

• A 7-month fixed-term contract, with the option to work 8, 16, 24, 32, or 40 hours per week;

• Do you prefer a flexible schedule? We also offer an on-call contract;

• A brand-new electric taxi for you to drive

• Gross monthly salary (base) of €3,015.94 based on a full-time work month;

• Gross monthly salary including vacation pay of €3,257.22;

• Sign-on bonus totaling €900, €660, €450, or €300 over your first 3 months, based on your monthly working hours;

• This means you’ll receive €300, €220, €150, or €100 per month, depending on your monthly working hours;

• Operational bonus ranging from €433 to €1,299 per month based on your completed trips, in addition to your gross monthly salary;

• Pension contributions through the Pensioenfonds Vervoer;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for distances between 10 and 45 kilometers (one-way);

• Company uniforms so you always look professional and passengers can easily recognize you;

What do we expect from you?

As a taxi driver, we hope you meet the following requirements:

• You have a valid driver’s license (taxi license);

• You have a Class B driver’s license;

• You are legally authorized to work in the Netherlands;

• You speak English or Dutch;
