What will you do?

As Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the production floor at a food supplements specialist in Duiven. You work in a 1-2 shift system and ensure processes run smoothly according to GMP/HACCP standards.

• Leading and coaching production employees on the shop floor;

• Monitoring quality and safety standards (GMP/HACCP);

• Optimizing production processes and planning;

• Identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions;

• Liaising between production, logistics and management;

• Reporting on production figures and improvement projects;

• Collaborating with the operations team on continuous improvement.

As a production employee you work 40 hours per week in a dayshift.

• Full-time position of 40 hours per week;

• Gross monthly salary of €4,200 - €3,800;

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;

• 10.82% holiday hours in cash (€454.34 - €411.16);

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an independent production team leader with proven leadership qualities:

• MBO level of thinking and working, preferably in food or technology;

• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment, including 2+ years in a leadership role;

• Demonstrable knowledge of GMP and HACCP;

• Fluent in both Dutch and English (English is the working language on the floor);

• Strong in planning, organizing and coaching a team;

• Experience as production manager or team leader in the food industry is a plus;

• Living in the Duiven area or willing to commute.
