Driver Flower Transport - starting bonus €1000

What will you do?

As a truck driver in flower transport, you will be responsible for the daily transport of fresh flowers from the grower to the auction. You will make several trips per day, mainly within South and North Holland. This involves an average of 3 hours per trip. You load and unload the flowers yourself using trolleys, which makes for an active and varied working day. Thanks to efficient planning, you are constantly on the move and you always return home at the end of the day. As a lorry driver, we will give you the following range of tasks:

• Transporting flowers - Daily multiple trips of about 3 hours, from the horticulturist in Delfgauw to the auction.

• Independent loading and unloading - Carefully loading and unloading flowers using carts.

• Drives within the region - Transport within South and North Holland, with a total working day of about 9 to 12 hours.

• Efficient planning - Constantly on the move thanks to well-planned rides.

This is a full-time position with start times around 07:00 in the morning, returning home in the evening.

What do we offer?

As a truck driver in flower transport, you can expect the following from us:

• Full-time working week between 40 and 55 hours per week;

• Gross monthly salary scaled in D6 (€3385.00);

• Starting bonus of €1000 after a full-time working month;

• Travel allowance worth €0.23 per kilometre;

• 10.82% holiday hours in cash (€366.26 gross per month);

• 8.33% holiday pay (€281.97 gross per month);

• 0.60% short-term leave (€20.81 gross per month);

• 130% overtime allowance;

• Normal working hours (no early morning/late evening hours);

What do we expect from you?

As a truck driver in flower transport, we hope to find the following in you:

• You have relevant work experience as a truck driver;

• You are fluent in English and/or Dutch;

• In possession of a CE driving licence, code 95 and a driver's card;

• Flexible attitude and independence.
